Interesting brochure that came with the Utilities Bill?

This brochure about emergency preparation came together with the utilities bill (said my sister) and that sounds a strange warning....hmm The coming Thursday tv series "without warning?" is about terrorist attacking our power plant...causing major black out? Does this brochure spell something we don't know? hmmm Let's hope we don't have such incident soon but it's better safe then sorry right!? Let's prepare for any emergency Ladies and Gentlemen.

Sleepless

This brochure has been posted at HDB lift lobbies for a few months. It was what sparked my food-stockpiling…

Looking at the fineprint, the brochure is by the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MIT). This is very strange as Civil Prepardeness is under the preview of the SCDF.

I suspect MIT is involved due to concerns about Avivan Flu. If it does hit, 2-weeks of food supply may not be enough as pandemics hit in waves of 2-3 months duration.

Hmmmmmmm Interesting…yes I did see that at my own lift lobbies…

Avivan Flu… OMG…that is even worst then black out. Now, should we invest in some kind of mask far better then the N95 types?

I saw some 3M Mask in eBay or Yahoo!Auction the other day… when the haze condition worsen making my asthmatic lung to create trouble.
