It was what sparked my food-stockpiling... Looking at the fineprint, the brochure is by the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MIT). This is very strange as Civil Prepardeness is under the preview of the SCDF. I suspect MIT is involved due to concerns about Avivan Flu. If it does hit, 2-weeks of food supply may not be enough as pandemics hit in waves of 2-3 months duration. This brochure has been posted at HDB lift lobbies for a few months.
