Israel tests Arrow ballistic missile interceptor

According to Yahoo!News & Channelnewsasia:

ERUSALEM (AFP) – - Israel on Tuesday tested its Arrow ballistic missile interception system, a costly project launched two decades ago aimed at countering strikes mainly from archfoe Iran.

The Arrow (Hetz in Hebrew) intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile similar to Iran’s Shahab-3 which can reach Israel. The missile was fired by an Israeli fighter plane over the Mediterranean, a defence official said.

“This morning, the Arrow system performed a successful test,” the defence ministry said in a statement.

“The success of the project marks a key step in its development plan and the improvement of the operational systems to offer a response to the growing threat of ballistic missiles in the region.”

- What’s is going on here, do Israel want to provoke an action from Iran or it’s just a show of “ability” to shoot down any incoming ballistic missile from Iran?

Apparently Iran’s buddy North Korea had successfully tested a longer range rocket that supposedly “sent” a satellite into space…and probably with the new information declared by the public media…North Korea can now easily begin their nice little private “auction” on the missile design or trade it in exchange with other country such as Iran.

Now that Obama just slapped 6 Iranian firms with “sanctions” for trying to acquire some kind of “unconventional weapons” which may possibly belong towards “weapons of deadly consequences”…many can imagine what exactly are those “unconventional weapons”.

Let me list out some possible suspects

  1. Electric “non-deadly” weapon?
  2. Sonic high frequencies “brain vibrator”?
  3. Super lethal Chemical/Biological/Nuclear weapons?
  4. Made In China weapons?
  5. A super spy?

Of course all other suspects may be included in the television series “future weapons”…but what exactly does Iran wants? This probably may be a taboo topic hence not much was revealed in the media….for now.

Israel Sabre Rattling Against Iran, Oil Goes Up?

According to Press TV:

Israeli army ordered to devise Iran war

As Israeli talks of war on Iran gain momentum, Israel’s military Chief of Staff says the army must prepare for a military aggression.

In a meeting with top US diplomats on Monday, Lt. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi said Israel could not live with a nuclear Iran and that an Israeli military strike was a “serious” option in retarding the country’s progress.

Ashkenazi — whose request to meet with President Barack Obama and his American counterpart Admiral Mike Mullen was turned down — made the remarks in a meeting with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her designated US envoy to the Persian Gulf, Dennis Ross.

The Israeli general and the American hosts discussed the Iranian issue shortly after reports revealed that the Israeli Prime Minister-designate Benjamin Netanyahu plans a “major military confrontation” in the next few months.

Oil Spike 18th March 2009

Oil Spike 18th March 2009

The reason behind this may be other than the effects of the previous OPEC supply cut but also the fear of a new middle east conflict to brew into action in the next few months.

Non-OPEC countries such as Russia had planned to buy back some of their own oil as reserve to counter the current low oil price problem.

The threat of lower oil prices to the big oil industry IS very destructive to future oil supply level as many projects had been scaled down & exploration budget cut with multiple layoff of workers for non-conventional oil projects.

The future curve of oil supply may be downwards causing a “virtual” & probably irreversible trend of global declining of oil supply that may cause more economic hardships for many countries especially those third world countries.

The future revolution may be the beginning of sustainable cities to be constructed from scratch and major population may move in on moment notice.

North Korea Missile Test Soon…

Let’s turn back the clock for a while and review what exactly is happening in North Korea in the past 3 months.

NKorea may or may not launch their missile this month which will be the perfect threat to gain maximum attentions so that they either have an “explosive” election or some blackmail aid from China, or USA.

This however also risk more sanctions against NKorea, the clear danger is possibly not by the missile threat but the actual test itself, this missile can possibly be landing as far away as USA if it’s true meaning that the world may be approaching to the first nuclear holoucast earlier than we blink?

This month may be the month of high tension between the 2 korean sides and sparks may simply fly off the tension.

If you are in the line of fire or “misfire”, you should get prepared for worst case scenario for a nuclear radiation fall out and possible EMP blast that may destroy many electronics all at once if they are not protected from EMP.
